Step 1 - Apply for Global Entry
You must first apply for the Global Entry program through the DHS Trusted Traveler Programs website. You will be asked to pay a $120 fee for a 5 year membership. You will also have to fill out questions regarding your background.
Note: You are able to waive the $120 fee if you pay using one of these travel credit cards .
Start Your Global Entry ApplicationStep 2 - Wait for conditional approval
After your application has been submitted, you will have to wait for conditional approval. Conditional approval means that you have been pre approved for the Global Entry program, but you need to schedule an interview to finalize your application.
The conditional approval process can take anywhere from 24 hours to multiple months, depending on the volume of applications, your background, etc.
Step 3 - Schedule Your Global Entry interview
Congratulations! You've been conditionally approved for Global Entry. The next step is to schedule your interview at Moline-Quad Cities.

Step 4 - Skip the Global Entry Interview wait time
You might notice that Moline-Quad Cities is showing "No appointments available for this location", or the next appointment available is months out.

Directions: Coming into the Quad Cities International Airport off of I-74 stay in the left lane. Turn left at the first intersection and stay to the left. Follow the service road to the left until you reach the large parking lot. US Customs and Border Protection Global Entry office is the last building at the end of the lot. Look for the blue colored wall sticking out from the building. If you are coming in from the West on 280 and your GPS has you get off in Milan, Stay on airport road until you get to 27th street. Turn right and at the next light turn right. Follow the direction above when coming in off of I-74. Please view the map to reference where the CBP Office is located.
Notes: Valid Passports and drivers license are required at time of appointment. A utility bill with address are required if your address on your drivers license is not current. Appointments are subject to cancellation including last minute cancellations. When you arrive, please have a seat and wait to be called. Other Appointments may be in progress. This interview is for only one applicant. Each applicant must have their own appointment time. If you selected 2 when making your appointment, you must log into the second application and secure a time for that applicant also.
