Houlton Enrollment Center (HUL)

The Enrollment Center is located at the Houlton, Maine Port of Entry, at the end of the Interstate 95. If coming from Canada, please tell the Primary Officer that you are applying for entry to the United States for a Trusted Traveler interview and you will be directed to the Enrollment Center. If you are coming from the United States, cross under the overpass and take the first Left (look for an Orange Barricade with FAST EXPRESS signage) drive across the parking lot to the USDA building where you will see a sign for FAST EXPRESS above the USDA placard. Enter the door under the sign for the Enrollment Center.
