您必须首先通过以下网站申请全球入境计划 DHS 可信旅客计划 website. You will be asked to pay a $120 fee for a 5 year membership. You will also have to fill out questions regarding your background.
Note: You are able to waive the $120 fee if you pay using one of 这些旅行信用卡 .

路线: Hours of operation are Monday through Saturday from 9am to 5pm. Closed on Federal Holidays. Enter the CBP Commercial Facility located on 1st and Pan American Avenue. If after hours please approach the Security Guard at the entry gate. DO NOT USE GPS. GPS may direct you into Mexico. Please view the attached map with correct route to the Douglas Enrollment Center. From Pan American AVE turn left on 3rd ST. Turn right on H AVE. Turn right on 1st ST. The gated Commercial Facility will be on the left immediately following the intersection of 1st ST and Customs AVE. ALL APPOINTMENTs ARE IN ARIZONA/MST TIME ZONE.
