Note: Please note that the Port of Richmond-Petersburg is a Port of Entry, which performs Global Entry Enrollments on a part-time basis. We are unable to accommodate walk-ins. You must make an appointment through the TTP website (https://ttp.cbp.dhs.gov/). If the Richmond Enrollment Center states “No appointments available for this location,” then you must select another enrollment center or wait for more days to become available. Once you receive your Conditional Approval, you have 365 days to complete the interview process.
