Go down one escalator. Look to the right. The Global Entry office is located on the Arrivals level across from the main entrance (Next Door to Starbucks and CNN). Applicants are not required to go through TSA to reach the Global Entry office. You must bring all valid passports and any other valid US entry documents to your appointment, or you will not be interviewed.
