You must first apply for the Global Entry program through the DHS Trusted Traveler Programs website. You will be asked to pay a $120 fee for a 5 year membership. You will also have to fill out questions regarding your background.
Note: You are able to waive the $120 fee if you pay using one of these travel credit cards .
Start Your Global Entry ApplicationAfter your application has been submitted, you will have to wait for conditional approval. Conditional approval means that you have been pre approved for the Global Entry program, but you need to schedule an interview to finalize your application.
The conditional approval process can take anywhere from 24 hours to multiple months, depending on the volume of applications, your background, etc.
Congratulations! You've been conditionally approved for Global Entry. The next step is to schedule your interview at Dayton Enrollment Center.
You might notice that Dayton Enrollment Center is showing "No appointments available for this location", or the next appointment available is months out.
So what can you do?

Directions: The Dayton Global Entry Enrollment Center is located off of Dixie Road in General Aviation Center #1 of the Dayton International Airport. The Enrollment Center is not located in the Main Airport Terminal. The Dayton Global Entry Enrollment Center Entrance is located on the South side of the building. Turn left upon entering the building parking lot from Wright Drive.
Notes: ***REMEMBER TO BRING ALL VALID PASSPORTS TO YOUR INTERVIEW.*** 1) Please do not call our office upon your arrival to notify us that you are here. Applicants will be seen at their scheduled appointment time. Applicants are required to wait outside the building until they are notified by an Officer to enter the building for their Interview. Notification may be done via a call to your cell phone, or the Officer will come out to the parking lot and summon you into the building. Please ensure you have updated your contact phone number in your Trusted Traveler Programs (TTP) Account. 2) Proof of Residency Notice - If the address on your Driver's License is not current, please bring proof of residency. (I.e., bank statement, utility bill, monthly mortgage statement, etc.) 3) U.S. Lawful Permanent Residents need to bring their Lawful Permanent Resident Card (I.e., I-551, Green Card).
