Calais, Maine Enrollment Center is available for NEXUS, Global Entry and FAST (north) appointments/enrollment. Hours of operation are from 8:15 AM(EST) until 3:30 PM(EST) Monday, Thursday & Friday. The Enrollment Center will be closed all United States and Canadian Federal Holidays. We are NOT configured for Remote Appointments. • ***** You MUST bring the identification and proof of citizenship you submitted in your application. Example: Passport, Driver License, Visa, Permanent Resident card, birth certificate. ***** • All applicants will be required to wait in their vehicle, in the parking lot outside the Enrolment Center, until an officer escorts you the applicant inside for their interview. • Family members will be interviewed one at a time. In the case of minor children, one parent/guardian will be allowed to accompany them.
