Note: You are able to waive the $120 fee if you pay using one of these travel credit cards .
Start Your Global Entry ApplicationAfter your application has been submitted, you will have to wait for conditional approval. Conditional approval means that you have been pre approved for the Global Entry program, but you need to schedule an interview to finalize your application.
The conditional approval process can take anywhere from 24 hours to multiple months, depending on the volume of applications, your background, etc.
Congratulations! You've been conditionally approved for Global Entry. The next step is to schedule your interview at Calais Enrollment Center (PNN).
You might notice that Calais Enrollment Center (PNN) is showing "No appointments available for this location", or the next appointment available is months out.
So what can you do?
Global Entry interview appointments are constantly cancelled, rescheduled, and added. This means that if you can monitor the interview slots, you can find an appointment that fits your schedule.

Notes: Calais, Maine Enrollment Center is available for NEXUS, Global Entry and FAST (north) appointments/enrollment. Hours of operation are from 8:15 AM(EST) until 3:30 PM(EST) Monday, Thursday & Friday. The Enrollment Center will be closed all United States and Canadian Federal Holidays. We are NOT configured for Remote Appointments. • ***** You MUST bring the identification and proof of citizenship you submitted in your application. Example: Passport, Driver License, Visa, Permanent Resident card, birth certificate. ***** • All applicants will be required to wait in their vehicle, in the parking lot outside the Enrolment Center, until an officer escorts you the applicant inside for their interview. • Family members will be interviewed one at a time. In the case of minor children, one parent/guardian will be allowed to accompany them.
